Manager, E-Commerce & Digital Analytics

About The Position

The qualified candidate for this role will provide web metrics analysis to drive site & marketing optimizations and new initiatives; analyze internal results and follow industry trends in order to help achieve online strategy and revenue goals. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to translate analysis into actionable recommendations to help achieve revenue goals and improve customer experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

KPI Reporting & Web Analytics

  • Monitor and track site key performance stats on an ongoing basis (such as traffic, conversion, AOV, etc) using tools such as Google Analytics 360
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual KPI reports and web analytics recaps
  • Monitor SEO performance to suggest on-going optimizations, best practices and updates
  • Monitor and share industry and competitor benchmarks
  • Analyze performance and identify success stories and opportunities
  • Develop recommendations to optimize traffic and sales, working with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to execute

eMarketing Analytics

  • Provide ad hoc support to Digital Marketing team to monitor performance of campaigns and on-site content
  • Manage set up of report templates from 3rd parties
  • Provide support as needed to internal team to expand on 3rd party data and findings


  • Work with 3rd party vendors, such as A/B testing and predictive analytics vendor, to develop recommendations, reporting, and actionable optimizations
  • Set up requirements for data feeds and on-site analytics tagging (Google Analytics 360) for reporting purposes
  • Educate and guide digital and brand teams on how to consumer and action analytics
  • Maintain trackable URL and web analytics tagging standard
  • Manage relationship with key partners such as Google Analytics Team, and other analytics parties
  • Gather and distribute 3rd party industry reports, i.e. Forrester

  • Ecommerce team
  • Digital marketing & media team
  • Digital Center of Excellence and Digital Shared Services team Financial Accountability
  • Contributes to overall sales and revenue goals of the e-commerce channel.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 5+years direct to consumer e-commerce experience, at least 2-4 years related to e-commerce web analytics
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience working in Google Analytics 360
  • Experience working with Internet and database tools (i.e. web based reports, database and various multimedia technologies)
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is a plus
  • Proven leadership management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's Degree
