Regional Sales Rep - Houston

About The Position

Want to work in a dynamic atmosphere and get on aboard with a quickly growing start-up company? Mighty Swell Cocktail Company is looking for a go-getter to join its Sales team, and this isn’t your average desk job.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Live at retail: visit 10 to 15 Off Premise accounts each day
  • Ensure shelf set and program standards are met at store level
  • Work with buyers to expand distribution, gain display space and integrate POS materials
  • Learn from, adapt and work alongside the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to execute sales procedures at a high level
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Manager (ASM) to adhere to overarching programs and category management strategy
  • Schedule in-store demos with buyers
  • Personally conduct 3 to 4 In-store demos at Off Premise accounts weekly
  • Help manage team of in-house Brand Ambassadors and pinch hit at company-sponsored events
  • RSR is not responsible for distributor management, thus leaving Retail as sole focus



  • Beverage Alcohol industry experience preferred
  • Category Management experience preferred
  • Must currently live in Houston area and have local relationships
  • Must be able to take initiative and put personal stamp on home market
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be an effective communicator, both internally and externally
  • Must be a team player with a strong drive to produce positive results
