All employees, from the treehouse to our team members in our restaurants receive 5 hours of paid time off to volunteer each year.”
The company also offers a Family Fund which is an emergency reserve its employees can turn to when faced with unexpected financial hardship caused by catastrophic events. This reserve has seen team members and their families through hardships such as house fires, sudden deaths, or illnesses. Funded completely by employee donations, from the founders to team members, the Famliy Fund is available to all employees.
