Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Team up with your fellow Bartender as a brand enthusiast in the day-to-day operations of our buzzing bar.
- Get creative with our rotating cocktail menus, featuring everything from proprietary bitters to garnish galore!
- Serve up top-notch drinks with flair and finesse, especially during those peak hours when things really start hopping.
- Share your cocktail wisdom by curating and leading cocktail classes, pairings, and tastings that'll leave our guests thirsting for more.
- Provide input on events, ensuring they are engaging, memorable, and reflective of the latest trends in mixology and hospitality.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the refinement of our operations and the enhancement of guest experiences.
- Lead by example, training and supporting our bartending team to deliver excellence with every pour.
- Maintain awareness of the latest trends in the industry, including new ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles in bitters, liquors, and beyond.
What Makes You the Perfect Bartending Sidekick?
- You've got at least 3 years of bartending experience under your belt - you're a mixology master!
- High school diploma? Check! Bonus points if you've got an associate degree in hotel and restaurant management.
- T.A.R. & Kentucky Servsafe certified? Even better!
- Certified Bourbon Steward or eager to become one? We'll cheers to that!
- You thrive in high-volume environments and can juggle multiple tasks like a seasoned circus performer.
- Microsoft Tools? You're no stranger to Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You're a problem-solving pro, with a knack for keeping your cool under pressure.
- Energy? Enthusiasm? You've got it in spades!
