Regulatory Requirements
- Mix raw materials as required using formula provided for each product
- Follow batching instructions and record all necessary information on batch control records.
- Ensure that proper ingredients are used by verifying warehouse batches
- Responsible for running Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations
- Follow aseptic procedures at all times
- Correctly follow all production, cleaning procedures as described in the SOP
- Know the location of all raw and packaging materials and finished production within the warehouse
- Maintains records including but not limited to computer, sanitation, pre-op and batch tickets
Competency & Skill Requirements
- Must be self-disciplined, a team player, and be able to handle emergency situations common to the operation
- Must follow all written and oral instructions and takes direction from Production Supervisor/Manager
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food manufacturing or infant formula manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lb./25 kg bags or drums during the batching and bagging process
- Need ability to stand, crouch and climb to perform adjustments to equipment, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor
Regulatory Requirements
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, follow CGMP's, and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local standards for the manufacture of infant formula and other non-infant nutritional foods
