Senior Associate Manager, Brand Commercialization - Ventures

This role is designed to support one or more brands/sub-brands in the Mark Anthony Ventures portfolio for the US Business. Based in our Chicago office (hybrid), the Sr. Associate Manager of Brand Commercialization will be responsible for assisting in the marketing strategy, deployment, and commercial management of NTW and expansion brands in the US. In this role, you will own deployment of the local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery.

Accountabilities & Impact:
  • Support Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
  • Build Commercial Activity Plan and Activation Calendar
  • Facilitate the Innovation Implementation and Volume Planning
  • Support SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
  • Coordinate the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable.

    Skills & Experience Needed:
    • Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of prior marketing experience, Alc/Bev or CPG preferred
    • Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
    • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
