Mpact is expanding its field operations team!

The Field Operations Reps puts a trusted relationship on all Mpact retail partner touchpoints. You’ll be in the field, on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with product placements and merchandising plans. You will be the key driver and MPACT brand expert maximizing your own retail support route consisting of Convenience stores, Grocery stores and Restaurants. You’re going to be completely empowered to WOW our customers, add new accounts, build sales volume and build long-term business relationships.

We’ll give you the training and tools to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. If you’re a star at your job you will have respect, admiration, excellent compensation, and an opportunity to grow.

After successfully completing training, the starting Compensation will include a Base salary, Beverage sales commission from an assigned route territory and a sales incentive for new business. (compensation $50- $80 K per year)

Roles and responsibilities
  • Develop and support a profitable customer route base.
  • Manage store inventories and maximize store sales.
  • New account sales
  • Build professional and trusted relationships with customers.
  • Market in store and attract consumers by promoting the product and company positively.
  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
Skills
