Seeking a confident and enthusiastic spirits educator with a strong craft cocktail background and deep spirits knowledge.

 

Experience working in multicultural pockets in the Orlando market (Polk, Orange, Osceola). Account focus split between 60% multicultural and 40% craft cocktail.

 

This role focuses on educating key accounts, the trade, distributors as well as various restaurant and bar staff working closely with the brand and local sales teams. 

Success will be measured with a focus on education and advocacy, pull, and velocity aimed at increasing local market sales goals in the key accounts.
Essential Functions:
 ·      Must live in Orlando with a strong knowledge of the market segmentation.
 ·      Understand and effectively communicate the brand messaging.
 ·      Build and manage an account base.
 ·      Host local trade events with relevant accounts.
 ·      Monitor, report, and make recommendations based upon market trends, consumer awareness and brand loyalty to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
 ·      Manage allocated budget with weekly reports.
 ·      Ability to provide insightful feedback on current trends and around our target consumer base.
 ·      Creativity and a desire to help build our go to market advocacy strategy in the applicable         channels.
 ·      Entrepreneurial approach and brand builder mindset.
