ROLE DESCRIPTION

As we aspire to build a best-in-class digital experience, ByHeart is looking for an experienced, strategic, and operationally-minded product and ecommerce manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website, product catalog, and Shopify. You will maintain byheart.com, manage third-party platforms and vendor development, and pinpoint opportunities to provide our customers with a world-class experience that combines content and commerce. You are an expert in defining, assessing, and continuously evolving the roadmap to ensure customers receive a best-in-class ecommerce experience. You will work closely with our development, marketing, creative, medical and parent experience teams to continue to improve ecommerce performance, and support campaigns and initiatives from across the organization.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage all ecommerce and web operations associated with byheart.com; combining existing expertise in UX, analytics, SEO, and product management to deliver a best-in-class brand and shopping experience.
  • Identify and execute upon opportunities for improvement of UX and new feature development to ensure an effortless customer experience and further increase CVR, AOV, and LTV.
  • Manage the operational rollout of new features, product updates, subscriptions, site optimizations, A/B tests and other digital projects that support the strategic roadmap.
  • Partner with the Brand, Growth, Lifecycle and Parent Experience teams to iteratively enhance the digital experience, anticipate and resolve key pain points to reduce friction, increase brand equity, and support growth and retention goals.
  • Leverage ecommerce principles, analytics, online testing and general business expertise to identify opportunities and implement enhancements to increase sales metrics conversion, customer lifetime value and reduce cost per order.
  • Regularly monitor the competitive landscape to identify emerging online trends and recommend changes based on customer and competitor insights; best practices in testing; analysis of KPIs (e.g., sales, conversion).
  • Understand and explain complex technical issues, discern impact, and communicate them to maximize clarity and drive resolution.
  • Assist with site enhancements for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Provide regular communication to management on status updates related to web operations, including project timelines, milestones, and deadlines

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of ecommerce management experience with at least 2+ years of product management experience for a DTC ecommerce brand.
  • Superior organization and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and communication lines.
  • Highly collaborative; develops strong partnerships with technical, strategic and creative stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of front and back-end logistical online order placement and fulfillment cycles (payment process, back-end inventory fulfillment, order confirmation and shipping) to optimize online customer experience.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-level A/B testing and personalization analytics platforms, and a desire to take the current optimization testing implementation to the next level of online testing.
  • Technical understanding of ecommerce web platforms and analytics.
  • Data-driven, analytical and logical mindset; demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
  • Shopify Plus and ReCharge experience is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO optimization is a plus.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • A love of learning new things.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to consider end-to-end implications.
  • Self-starter, empowered to tackle creative and technical challenges.

You will be eligible for a discretionary performance based annual cash bonus and to participate in our company's equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.

The minimum annual salary for this position is $130,000 and the maximum is $150,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City will differ.
