The Head of Commercial Marketing Strategy and Deployment is a key role in driving the execution of Gin & Juice's business strategy. She/He is a senior leader within the business driving two-way connectivity and accountability between Trade Marketing, and Sales Support, with influencing needs for all cross functional leaders. They are accountable for building and strengthening Gin & Juice's commercial marketing activity planning through a portfolio lens; They own and oversee all field at-pop funding deployment strategy that provides guidance to Field Marketing and Sales teams in alignment with monetization and growth plans; They enable Field Marketing and Sales leadership and ensure cross functional alignment based on market needs and performance.
